What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We don’t have a strict MOQ, but we recommend starting with at least 3000 units to ensure cost-effectiveness for both parties. For smaller orders, we can explore options like adjusting packaging or using shared production lines, though this may affect pricing and lead time.
-
Do you accommodate product customization requests?
Absolutely! We specialize in custom solutions and can tailor products to your exact specifications, including materials, dimensions, colors, branding, and even functional features. Our team will work closely with you from concept to production to ensure the final product meets your needs. However, customization may involve minimum order quantities (MOQs) and longer lead times—could you share more details about your requirements so we can provide a precise quote?
-
Do you exclusively serve B2B customers?
Our primary focus is B2B, but we occasionally collaborate with select B2C clients, such as e-commerce platforms or premium retailers, who meet our volume and brand alignment criteria. For individual consumers, we typically direct them to our authorized resellers or online store. Could you share more about your business type and needs? This will help us determine how we can best support you.
-
What quality and safety certifications do your products have?
We tailor certifications based on our clients’ target markets. We conduct quarterly lab tests and annual factory audits BSCI to ensure ongoing compliance, even after certifications are obtained.
-
Can you provide samples for evaluation?
We’d be happy to provide samples, but due to the high cost of material and labor for plush toys, we charge a sample fee of USD100–150 per design (depending on complexity). This fee includes DHL/FedEx shipping and can be used as part of the payment for this order if you place an order of 10,000+ units within 1 months. Alternatively, we can send 360° videos for free to reduce your upfront costs. Which option works better for you?
-
What payment methods and currencies do you accept?
Our standard payment terms are USD (US Dollar) under FOB (Free On Board) basis, which means you’ll cover freight and insurance from our factory in China to your destination port. Here’s how payment works:
Primary method: Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)
30% deposit to confirm the order (within 3 working days).
70% balance paid before shipment.
-
What is your typical lead time?
For custom plush toys with basic modifications (e.g., color change, embroidered logo, size adjustment), the typical lead time is about 4–6 weeks, broken down as follows:
- 1 week for design confirmation and sample production (we’ll send photos/videos for approval before mass production).
- 2–4 weeks for bulk manufacturing (including fabric cutting, sewing, stuffing, and detailing).
- 1 week for quality inspection, packaging, and shipping.
*Note: If you have a specific deadline (e.g., holiday season), let us know in advance—we can prioritize your order or adjust the production schedule.
-
Do you offer delivery to a designated freight forwarder?
Yes, we fully support delivery to your designated freight forwarder. Here’s how it works:
- Provide forwarder details: Share your forwarder’s name, address, contact person, and pickup schedule with us in advance.
- Factory preparation: We’ll ensure your order is packed, labeled, and ready for pickup on the agreed date (e.g., 3 days before shipping deadline).
- Documentation: We’ll issue a commercial invoice, packing list, and factory exit permit (if required) to facilitate smooth customs clearance at your forwarder’s end.
- Responsibility boundary: Our obligation ends once the goods are loaded onto your forwarder’s truck at our warehouse. Any delays or damages after that point are the forwarder’s responsibility.
-
Which trade shows will you attend?
We carefully select 3–5 top-tier trade shows each year to showcase our latest plush toy collections and connect with global partners. For example: China International Toy Fair (CTJPA), New York Toy Fair (Toy Fair New York), Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair etc.
-
What products are in high demand currently?
Our company has been dedicated to assisting clients in conducting research and development of fashionable and popular toys that meet the market demands. For example: Soft and cute designs (such as round-faced animals, baby-like body shapes), high-touch fabric (such as faux rabbit fur, cloud-like fleece), interactive functions (such as built-in sound device, deformable upon squeezing), Classic IP replicas (such as Disney Strawberry Bear, Steiff teddy bears), etc. We can also provide corresponding suggestions based on your requirements.
