  • 01 Incoming Inspection

    Fabrics, fillings, and accessories are tested for certifications and physical/chemical properties. Non-conforming materials are rejected.

  • 02 In-Process Inspection

    Quality checks at key production stages monitor stitch density, stuffing weight, and accessory attachment.

  • 03 Visual Inspection

    Every finished toy is examined under standard light for stains, loose threads, and asymmetrical features.

  • 04 Final Inspection

    Samples undergo pull, bite, metal detection, and drop tests per international standards before shipment.
